Skiworld Is Nominated for 2019 British Travel Award

Skiworld, the largest independent ski specialist in the UK, has been nominated for the Best Ski and Winter Sports Holiday Company in the British Travel Awards 2019. Winners will be chosen based on how many votes they receive from consumers and will be announced in London on 27th November 2019. Voting will end on 30th September 2019.

Run by skiers for skiers, Skiworld has 37 years’ experience of taking customers to the mountains. Operating in 38 top snow-sure resorts across Europe, Canada and USA; the customers ski holiday experience is the main priority. Their portfolio showcases a variety of accommodation, ranging from catered chalets; self-catered chalets; self-catered apartments and hotels. There is something to suit everyone, whether that’s ski-in/ski-out, luxury, budget, cuisine or facilities.

Skiworld also strives to minimise their environmental impact by making their holidays as sustainable as possible, such as reducing plastic use and minimising food waste. In addition to this, giving back to the community is of high importance too. Alongside their charity partner Snow-Camp, they work together to turn young lives around with life-skills training, vocational opportunities and the chance to learn snowsports.
