Crystal Ski Holidays has launched a new short ski break offering to the programme for winter 2019/20.

A company statement stated they had handpicked resorts and accommodation across France and Austria with the aim of offering flexibility and convenience in giving customers more choice.

There’s a choice of flight times with morning or evening departures and a choice of departure and arrival days too. Resorts have also been carefully selected to ensure a short transfer of up to 90 minutes to maximise customers’ time in resort.

All accommodation is close to the town centre and there’s a range of 3 and 4* properties to choose from. Customers can book to stay half-board, bed and breakfast or self-catering. Extras such as lift passes and ski equipment can also be added to the booking.

Resorts covered in Austria include St Anton, Mayrhofen, Zell am See, Hinterglemm, Saalbach, Ischgl and Soll and in France Avoriaz, Chamonix and Flaine.

Weekend trips depart Wednesday or Thursday to the Sunday; or from Thursday or Friday to the Monday. Mid-week short ski breaks are from Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday; or from Monday to Thursday. Crystal reps will meet arrivals at the airport to see customers onto their transfers.

Short ski breaks launch this winter and will be available for the whole season, with the first departure on 22nd December 2019.

Chris Logan, Managing Director at Crystal Ski Holidays said: “Short ski breaks is a really exciting addition to our programme. We know customers like to book multiple ski trips throughout the season and with our new short ski break holidays customers now have the choice of booking a three or four-night ski holiday. There’s a great choice of flights from local airports so customers can travel when it suits them best.

“Customers can book short ski breaks online, they can call us or visit our expert team at one of our Crystal hubs based at five indoor Snow Centre’s across the UK, where our expert Crystal service will be available from start to finish. As with all our ski holidays short ski breaks include flights, transfers and accommodation. We are confident that our short ski breaks will attract new customers encouraging them to consider us when booking their trip to the slopes this winter.”

For short ski breaks in France there are 10 UK gateways flying to Geneva. The five London airports are Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick, Luton and City and the five regional airports are Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol and Edinburgh.

For short ski breaks in Austria there are two UK gateways to choose from, with Heathrow and Gatwick flying to Salzburg and Innsbruck.
