20th December 2019

Alongside some key news releases throughout the season, there will also be opportunities for journalists to come and experience the resort that is located just over one hour from Geneva Airport by vehicle.
Les Gets is linked with the Portes du Soleil, one of the world’s largest ski areas that straddles resorts across the French and Swiss Alps.
Alexis Bongard, Director of Les Gets Tourist Office, said: “We have been welcoming British visitors for many years in Les Gets and we want to continue to do so. We want to make sure people know they are welcome here in Les Gets and that we provide a fantastic destination for skiing and snowboarding holidays, whether for families, couple or groups. We are really pleased to be working with Ski Press to help us tell our story to the UK journalists this winter”.
Rob Stewart, PR Director of Ski Press, said: “Les Gets is a special place for us, we have spent a lot of time in the area over the years and we know what it can offer, not only in terms of the huge ski area but also everything else – the mountain restaurants, the friendly atmosphere and the variety of accommodation to suit everyone. I’m looking forward to formally helping Les Gets continue to improve its already great reputation as a ski resort that British people want to come back to, time and again”.
